Flowerpower Fan by Elmar Fltotto
I saw this fan at the W design store in Taiwan this past month and fell in love with it immediately. It not only looks cute and stylish, it's actually very functional!
"The Flowerpower Fan by Elmar Fltotto is good-looking, effective and safe. Even on the highest level of speed, touching the fan is completely harmless. Also, the security automatism stops the fan immediately when touched.
This is the fan with with a minimum of wattage and a maximum endurance.
Switched off, the Flowerpower fan looks like a stylish high-tech flower.
Switched on it and it cools your hotter summer days." (via W Design Store Taiwan)

Japanese Packaging Design #5: Nifty PET bottles!
I have been drinking these teas for a long time but never realized that the shape was inspired by the traditional packaging material: Bamboo~ Can't help but admire those designers behind the scene!
"In Japan, the bamboo stem used to be the traditional container for beverages. Suntory has applied this image to its ‘Lemon Green Tea’ series so successfully that new products in the range are easily recognised." (via PingMag)

Twine Table by Henrik Bonnevier
I have been looking for a playful coffe table to compliment my "serious looking" livingroom~ Think I have found a perfect match. Now I just need to find out where to get it in Tokyo!
"A set of tables inspired by one of the oldest ways of attaching one object to another – with a needle and thread. The wire is twined through the table top, and becomes legs as well as upholding construction." (via wis design)

Predator or Prey Glass Tea Cup Set by ChilliChilly
The three-piece tea glass set put together a scene where the cat is finally the goldfish's prey.
The inner cup acts as the filter for tea, while the lid can be used as a tray to place the filter after use.
I love this because you don't need another tea pot to put your favorite herbal or floral tea leaves in. You're set with just one cup! I also love the fact that it comes with a lid to keep the drink's temperature longer while preventing dust from coming in. (via MollaSpace)
